Returns

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@blessedbeautifulandbold, with your order number and details about the product condition. We will provide further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Costs

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Damages

Blessed, Beautiful, and Bold  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the carrier may return the package to us. In this case, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
