Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [info@blessedbeautifulandbold. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@blessedbeautifulandbold, with your order number and details about the product condition. We will provide further instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on sale
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the item was received damaged or was incorrectly printed due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Printify-Specific Returns
As we use Printify for our print-on-demand services, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
